Hawaii's Pearls is an elite soccer camp exclusively operated by current major league soccer player George Fochive and NCAA Hawaii Pacific Sharks' men's soccer head coach, Christopher Fisher.

 

Boys and Girls ages 6 to 14 will work in age groups, will be exposed to new skillsets and given the opportunity to improve their game with a very modern and more specific brand of soccer training. The camp will give young players the opportunity to build confidence on the ball and also Improve their awareness off the ball to make them better individually and also collectively.

 

Our goal is to offer an instructional, fun and competitive experience to our Campers while giving them extremely valuable insight into what it takes to become an elite player.

 

 

Hawaii's Pearls Elite soccer camp will be held at one of Oahu's safest and best equiped soccer facilities - at Atherton Field - located on the HPU Hawaii Loa Campus in Kaneohe.

George Fochive, Founder

 

George Fochive spent most of his childhood in France where he attended a soccer academy in Clermont-Ferrand. Fochive started his collegiate career at Hawaii Pacific University, where he was a two-time, All-Pacwest selection from 2010-2011. The midfielder played his final two collegiate seasons at the University of Connecticut and was selected by the Portland Timbers in the third round (39 overall) on the 2014 MLS Superdraft. Finishing his second season with the Timbers, Fochive has had an exciting season. Honored as the 2015 Up & Coming Player of the Year, Fochive played a critical role in helping the Timbers win the the MLS Western Conference Championship and the MLS Championship Cup. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christopher Fisher

Coordinator

 

Christopher Fisher enters his fifth season at the helm of the men's soccer program at Hawaii Pacific University. Thus far, he has been successful, winning the school's first Pacwest championship in 2011.

 

Fisher played four collegiate seasons for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, then moved to the professional level where he played for FC Borge Pyronis in France. After returning to the United States, Fisher played for the California Jaguars and Chico Rooks as part of the United Soccer League.

Fisher ended his playing career with the Hawaii Tsunami in the USISL Pro League, and has since moved onto coaching.

Fisher is now the head coach for the NCAA Division II Hawaii Pacific University men's soccer team, along with coaching Vaiete Soccer Club and Riggers Soccer Club in Hawaii.
